Xenophobia. (xeno·phobi·a n.) A person unduly fearful or contemptuous of that which is foreign, especially of strangers or foreign peoples.
Being the new kids on the block could lead to a certain amount of xenophobia.
Especially when you are physically different to your new neighbours.
But just having the courage to say hello and get to know those scary neighbours can be a great first step to getting along.
Acting credits go to William (a cameo appearance), Harry (‘the hand of friendship’) and Mollie (‘Cream Puff Extraordinaire’)
I always tend to post early, simply because I’m in-n-out of here lately, but from later today (Tuesday) and throughout Wednesday, you can see more examples of how other bloggers interpret the letters of the alphabet over at the ABC project, hosted by Mrs Nesbitt
